In Your MLM Who Are You REALLY? You Must Be Real and You Must Be You!

It Would Seem To Make Sense To Change Yourself To Match A Leader But In This Video I Discuss Why There Is Great Danger In That

While its really important to gain confidence and skills to be a good leader in your mlm, you need to be true to who you are. Thats a challenge, that many people face which is how do you maintain your identity and still build a successful network marketing business either online or offline?

I have done it both ways and I do have some observations I can share!

In this Video I share my thoughts:

#1 -- Be yourself don't copy someone else even if they are highly successful!
         a. We can use someone as a pattern for successful things we can do
         b. We can adopt successful habits and diciplines
         c. We can improve our skills
         d. We can improve our confidence
         e. We don't want to erase and re-make our own unique personality

It takes some courage to be your authentic self, sometimes it also takes some self-discovery. But the rewards are big. Because part of getting others to like us, is to like ourselves. If we have not arrived at that it will be difficult.

#2 -- Share your insight with others from your own words not copy and paste from someone else.

This is a temptation too. I love looking at what others have but I then internalize it and decide first how I can apply it, and second how can I share it?

To internalize I must first apply to myself. If I have had at least one experience with it I can then share it with others.

#3 -- Be careful how you react to input from others. Sometimes they don't mean what you think they mean.

This is the hardest part of all because we will filter what is being said to us by our own feelings and our own experience. Since everyone has had a totally unique journey, they will have a unique perspective.

#4 -- Have some fun with yourself, don't be too hard on yourself, don't take yourself or others too seriously.

I insert this because if you are too hard on yourself and others you repel those that could become great friends. We attract who we are. So we should be in the process of change all the time, but on that same note giving ourselves some space to grow.

That is what I have learned and I love to share what I learn. I also love to share my system with those who would like to take their business to the next level!
