You will not only learn in the formal presentations, but you will have opportunities to network with like-minded members of your company and learn from them. There is also another thing I didn't mention in the video, seeing the business through new people and their enthusiasm can be very key as well.
I also have the opportunity to share what I have learned, and when I do I learn at a deeper level. Its so key to your business, so come open ready to learn!
