To be a true leader, we must recognize we have to grow if we expect our team to grow.
They truly duplicate everything that we do good or bad. I saw it happen over and over with both my team and teams on other groups. When the Team leader was moving and shaking so was the team but when he faltered so did the team! What is really extraordinary is that it is true even when they have no way of knowing what that team leader is actually doing!
